How to make a claim?
Send an email to pricematch@smartcellular.co.uk within 24 hours of your purchase, with the following:
The Order Number
You'll find this in the confirmation email we sent you. Take a note and send within the Subject area of email
eg. Subject : PRICE MATCH - Order number xxxx
The Website Name
Where you saw the cheaper item on, together with a screenshot of the offer and details of full price, your full name and a contact telephone number in case we need to reach you.
We’ll Send You Confirmation
You'll receive an automated acknowledgment of your request; we'll review the details and get back to you with an answer, via email, within three working days.
Once we've processed your claim, please allow 30 days for the payment to be credited to the same card/Paypal account used to make the original purchase. This will appear as a second transaction in your statement; the time taken for the payment to appear on the credit or debit card statement varies, so the amount may not show on your next statement.

The product must be a matching brand, model number and color to qualify.

Immediately available at a qualifying online retailer. (It does NOT include auction sites such as eBay or market place resellers such as amazon products)

Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, contract mobile phones sold by any online retailer, competitors’ service prices, special daily or hourly sales, and offer items during sale periods, from begining of sale through to end of sale eg. Black Friday sale.
