To give you extra peace of mind, We offer a 18 month warranty with every tech item we sell. Your warranty begins on the day you place your order.

What's included?

We aim to repair or replace all warranty returns within a reasonable time, but lead times will vary depending on the availability of stock and/or replacement parts.

What's not included?

All our handsets come with 18-month warranty apart from third party software issues, accidental damage, (eg.water damage) broken screen, etc.

If you take your device to a third party, this will void the warranty on your device.

The warranty for refurbished phones and tablets sold by Smart Cellular differs depending on the device and only covers manufacturing defects

With all refurbished devices sold by Smart Cellular, the battery will be covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.

All warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and returned to our premises within two weeks from the date you have notified us of the repair.

You will need to send the goods back via a trackable service (Please keep your receipt as proof). We offer a free returns label via Royal Mail. Please click on this link to print your returns label https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3688  (Please note this  free label is only insured upto £100 via Royal Mail). You may choose to use a different service, however the postage will not be refunded via Smart Cellular. Goods should be shipped back in suitable packaging, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by insecure packaging.

If the device you returned has not been reset we will need the iCloud / Google account information to be able to test the device, failure to do so can delay the returns process.

You have sole responsibility for any data stored on your handset/tablet, and we accept no liability for loss or corruption of such data. Please ensure you have saved all photos, messages and emails on from your device before you send your goods back.

18 month warranty does not cover LCD damage, cracks, smashes, faulty touch screens, pixel damage.

Our 18 month warranty does not cover a faulty fingerprint or iris sensor, we do not cover face Id recognition.

How long will the process take?

Soon as we receive your item, we will inspect the goods within 24 working hours.
We will email you after we have diagnosed the fault and offer you a replacement or
repair, depending on the fault.

If the problem isn't covered by the warranty, or if the warranty has been voided for the above reason we will return the item to you.

All repairs and replacement will be sent out via our courier with 3-4 working days of receiving your item back.
